Refund Policy

<About canceling products>

We cannot accept cancellations or exchanges for different products due to customer reasons.
In the unlikely event that a product is faulty or delivered incorrectly, we will exchange it for a new one. Please check the return policy and contact us at [customer-support@sevan.jp] within 7 days of receiving the product.

We cannot accept exchanges after 7 days from the date of arrival, so please check the condition of the product immediately after it arrives.

Please contact our customer support and once the exchange or refund has been confirmed, please send the item back to us with postage due.


*If there is no exchangeable stock, we will provide a refund.

Please be aware of this.


*Returns (only for defective products) without prior notice will take time to process, so please contact us in advance at [customer-support@sevan.jp].


*Returns and exchanges of products purchased on our WEBSTORE cannot be accepted at exhibitions, etc.

<Returns/exchanges due to customer convenience>

As a general rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges for products other than defective products.

Please be aware of this.

Return Policy

We cannot accept returns or exchanges if the following conditions apply:
・Products that have been delivered more than 7 days ago ・Products that have been used even once, washed or altered ・Products that have acquired an odor while in the customer's possession ・Products where accessories or product packaging (bags, cases, shoe boxes, etc.) have been lost or damaged ・Products where the purchase receipt or product tag has been lost ・Vintage products

・Please try on shoes indoors.
・When trying on the item, please be careful not to have any perfume, cosmetics, cigarette smells, etc. on the item. Items that have any smell on them will not be eligible for return.
-Since the shoe box and product packaging are also part of the product, we will not be able to accept returns if you return the items with the shipping label attached directly.
*We cannot accept returns if the condition of the product (including tags, boxes, and accessories) when you return it to us is significantly different from when it was delivered.
・We may ask for your tracking number when you return the product, so please keep a copy of the shipping slip until the procedure is complete.
・Coupons used when placing an order cannot be returned or refunded.


<About repairs>

We do not accept repairs for scratches, stains, or damage caused by the customer.

Furthermore, we cannot repair products that have been used even once.
