Shipping costs nationwide are 660 yen (tax included).
<About delivery>
When purchasing regular items and pre-order items at the same time, the items will automatically be delivered separately.
If you wish to split the delivery of pre-ordered items, please purchase them in separate carts.
Shipping may be delayed if there is a large number of orders or due to shipping procedures.
Please be aware of this in advance.
For pre-order items, please check the estimated delivery date on the product details page before placing your order.

Even after your order has been completed, we may be forced to cancel your order if we are unable to provide the ordered items due to product defects or other reasons.

Delivery may be delayed due to shipping and traffic conditions during the carrier's busy season, the year-end and New Year holidays, and inclement weather.

Please note that it may take approximately 7 days for your order to be delivered depending on your area.
*If the luggage status is "Address Unknown," it may be that the room number or new address is unknown.
Please contact the Sagawa Express branch and tell them the correct address. *If the product has not arrived within 7 days after receiving the "Shipping Completion Email" or if the package status is for other reasons, we will investigate the details.
・An error occurred during the provisional screening of credit card payment
We will contact you by email.
When you receive the email, please complete the procedure by the stated deadline.
*If the processing deadline has passed, your order will be automatically cancelled.
Please be aware of this.
Once the procedure is complete and your order is approved, we will begin the shipping process.
<Product receipt period>
As a general rule, the delivery period is approximately one week from the date of shipment.
If you are not at home, Sagawa Express will notify you of your absence.
Please make sure to pick up your item after adjusting your desired delivery date and time within the receipt period.
Your item will be automatically returned to us if:
・If you are unable to contact the contact number listed on the absence notice ・If your address is unknown ・If you are unable to collect the item within the storage period set by Sagawa Express *Items that have already been paid for will be automatically returned to us.
Any returned items will be automatically cancelled as a refusal to receive them.
Once the cancellation procedure has been completed, we will not be able to reship the item.
